I added a relatively simple hurdle to stop spambots. You can comment again without registering, but you got to prove that you are human first by typing in a word that you see… sorry

I know – I find these ‘type in what you see or you don’t get it’ tests annoying too, which is why I kept this one simple. If spam bots break through, I will have to put up a more elaborate one (more difficult to read).

No dice. Spam attacks keep following so until I figure out what this is causing, I will reset the blog as such that users must be registered and logged in to comment . I am sorry for this extra hurdle but I will set things back to normal when this situation is solved.
